As part of our commitment to manufacturing high-quality products, Design Packaging has invested in a state-of-the-art plant in Guangzhou, China enabling us to control pricing and ensure quality. With a production capacity of 2.5 million units per month, this 96,875 square-foot (9,000 sq. meter) facility is fully equipped with die cutting, color process printing, laminating, die cut, hot stamp and embossing machines. Our production manager in Kowloon (Hong Kong) works closely with our creative services team throughout the design process. Thus, he can oversee the output and ensure adherence to the project's creative vision.

In addition to the facility in Guangzhou, Design Packaging has entered into joint ventures with other factories that have been qualified and pre-audited to meet our production standards. Through these ventures we have access to a variety of bag making, extrusion, flexographic and side sealing machines. With such a wide range of printing and bag making capabilities, Design Packaging has the ability to produce any type of creative packaging concept - from reusable shopping bags to luxury boxes and custom garment bags.
